God Created Adam
In our Wednesday night class at church we are learning about creation. Well this Wednesday we are learning about how God created man. We always try to have a snack that represents what we learned about so this week I am making people cookies. I am not an artist or even creative but I do like my people. I used a gingerbread man cut out. Let me know what you think. The picture is on the post below!! :)

Family Outing!! :)
Well, last night we had some fun together!! The kids ate at Burger King and me and Jim enjoyed Subway....No we did leave the kids at Burger King while we ate:)
We then took the kids to the park to play and they had a blast. Nicolas first loved the swings but when he finally discovered what he could do on the slides, he was hooked!! The girls spent their time climbing around and of course playing in the sand. I also had a lot of fun. I was climbing on everything, following Nicolas around. Another year or so and he will be able to do it all by himself!!
We then went to Dairy Queen for ice cream cones!! Me and the girls got chocolate and Jim & Nicolas split a slushy. We had a really fun night and only spent around $20.00. That's amazing for a family of 5!!!
Tonight we are going to Adam & Euncies house for dinner. Savannah is going to MiMi's and Nicolas is going to Nikki's, so we will only have Rebekah. Rebekah loves to play with their daughter Emily.
Well I am going to post some pics of last night:)

Birthday Bash.....Literally!!
Well we had a little get together for my birthday and Nikki's and Rob's. Angie got me a Little Mermaid Cake which was awesome!!! I was so excited, I think even more than the girls. Well today I went downstairs to find my precious son eating MY cake on the floor!! Yes, he had pulled the cake box off the counter and got himself a big chunk of it and ate it!!! Well my little angel girls at least put a big blanket down and put him on that before they came and got me. Anyway I was to shocked to even be mad. I mean he looked up at me with those big hazel eyes and just smiled...........so, so did I!!! The sad part is, is that I waited a long time for my own Little Mermaid birthday cake. Anyway here are some before and after pictures.

More Sickness:(
Well now it's my turn. I woke 3 times in the middle of the night sick and today is proving to be know better. The kids all seem to be doing better today. No one has gotten sick again. Jim and I deep cleaned the house last night. Thank God for leather couches and pergo floors. They clean up rather well. Please keep us in your prayers. So far Jim is in the clear and hopefully it stays that way.
I am bummed out about the game but God knows what He is doing, so He probably didn't want us there. First the tickets, then the sickness LoL Ok Ok you have my attention!! LoL
Well I am hoping for a good Monday. I will update again!!

Sick House
Well I am living in a sick house:( Savannah & Rebekah started throwing up at the same time!!! This has been an awful day. Savannah was clingy all day and Rebekah was whiny and now I know why. At about 4:00pm they both started throwing up. I am kinda glad they are both getting it out of the way, instead of one today and one tomorrow bu tit makes for a rough night.
We had to forfeit the Akron Areos game tonight. I am a little sad about that. It was Rebekah & Savannah's first base ball game. I am hoping to get the opportunity to go again soon.
Well I gotta go tend to sick children.

Sick:(
Well, Nicolas threw up in the middle of the night and it has been going on today also. He can't keep anything down. I even had my sister-in-law bring him some pedialite and he threw it up almost immediately!! Not to mention the diapers, the poor kid has it out of both ends!!! I just hope and pray the girls don't catch it.
My house is a mess, I can't seem to get on top of it. Nicolas demands my attention his every waking moment today so that leaves little time for much else. He is sleeping right now but who really knows for how long. We are supposed to go to Nikki's house for a big birthday dinner so I am playing it by ear. if he perks up I would still like to take him. It's very rare that everyone can be there at the same time so I really don't want to miss it.
Well I gotta run =) Hopefully Nic perks up soon!!!

Here is an Interesting E-Mail I Recieved
I just want to thank all of you for your educational emails over the past year.
Thanks to you, I no longer open a public bathroom door without using a paper towel.
I can't sit down on the hotel bedspread because I can only imagine what has happened on it since it was last washed.
I can't enjoy lemon slices in my tea or on my seafood anymore because lemon peels have been found to contain all kinds of nasty germs including feces.
I have trouble shaking hands with someone who has been driving because the number one pass-time while driving alone is picking your nose (Although cell phone usage may be taking the number one spot)
I am eating very little since Little Debbie sends me on a guilt trip because I can only imagine how many gallons of trans-fats I have consumed over the years.
I can't touch any woman's purse for fear she has placed it on the floor of a public bathroom. Yuck!
I must send my special thanks to whoever sent me the one about poop in the glue on envelopes because I now have to use a wet sponge with every envelope that needs sealing.
Also, now I have to scrub the top of every can I open for the samereason.
I no longer have any savings because I gave it to a sick girl by the name of (Penny Brown or something like that) who is about to die in the hospital for the 1,387,258th time.
I no longer have any money at all, but that will change once I receive the $15,000 that Bill Gates/Microsoft and AOL are sending me for participating in their special e-mail program.
I no longer worry about my soul because I have 363,214 Angels looking out for me and St. Theresa's novena has granted my every wish.
I no longer eat at KFC because their chickens are actually horrible mutant freaks with no eyes or feathers.
I no longer use cancer-causing deodorants even though I smell like a water buffalo on a hot day.
Thanks to you, I have learned that my prayers only get answered if I forward an email to seven of my friends and make a wish within five minutes.
Because of your concern I no longer drink Coca Cola because it can remove toilet stains.
I no longer can buy gasoline without taking someone along to watch the car so a serial killer won't crawl in my back seat when I'm pumping gas.
I no longer drink Pepsi or Dr Pepper since the people who make these products are atheists who refuse to put 'Under God' on their cans. Ofcourse I've never seen any of these cans or verified they actually exist.
I no longer use Saran wrap in the microwave because it causes cancer.
And thanks for letting me know I can't boil a cup of water in the microwave anymore because it will blow up in my face...disfiguring me for life.
I no longer check the coin return on pay phones because I could be pricked with a needle and get infected with AIDS.
I no longer go to shopping malls because someone will drug me with a perfume sample and rob me.
I no longer receive packages from UPS or Fed Ex since they are actually Al Qaeda in disguise.
I no longer shop at Target since they are French and don't support our American troops or the Salvation Army.
I no longer answer the phone because someone will ask me to dial a number for or which I will get a phone bill with calls to Jamaica , Uganda , Singapore and Uzbekistan .
I no longer buy expensive cookies from Neiman Marcus since I now have their recipe.
Thanks to you, I can't use anyone's toilet but mine because a big brown African spider is lurking under the seat to cause me instant death when it bites my butt.
And thanks to your great advice, I can't ever pick up $5.00 dropped in the parking lot because it probably was placed there by a sex molester waiting underneath my car to grab my leg.
I can no longer drive my car because I can't buy gas from certain gas companies!
If you don't send this e-mail to at least 144,000 people in the next 70 minutes, a large Dove with diarrhea will land on your head at 5:00 PM this afternoon and the fleas from 12 camels will infest your back, causing you to grow a hairy hump. I know this will occur because it actually happened to a friend of my next door neighbor's ex-mother-in-law's second husband's cousin's beautician...
Oh, by the way.....
A German scientist from Argentina, after a lengthy study, has discovered that people with insufficient brain activity read their e-mail with their hand on the mouse. Don't bother taking it off now, it's too late. Have a wonderful day... ...as if that were possible after all the bad things read above.

Great Night!!!
Well my new material for the 4&5's was a hit!!! We all had a great time. They had 3 different papers to color and one of them we glued cotton balls on, which they loved that. For some reasom little kids just love glue sticks?!
Our lesson time took over a hour and that is important. We have about an hour and a half with them and I don't like just sitting there being a baby-sitter. I actually feel like we got something accomplished last night. We are learing the days of creation. Last night was 1&2. Light, darkness, water, sky. We had oreos for a snack to show the difference between light & dark.
Today I am taking the kids to my moms to play. My niece Emma is also coming over to that will be an extra treat!! I will probably write more later, I just wanted to fill you all in on last night:)

Good Morning :)
Well here are a couple updates from my week so far:
I thought I would try to potty train Savannah.......That lasted about a day and a half. She was just not getting it. And since I have the other two kids and normal chores around the house, I decided it was to much right now. I will probably wait another 2 weeks and try it again. She really had no idea if she went potty or not:(
We had Adam & Eunice over Monday night with their children and we had a great time. They are a wonderful christian family. If you haven't gotten to know them, you should!!
Tuesday night I went up to the church to work on my new class material!! I am so excited. It is through child evangelism and it's called, Getting to Know God Through Hos Creation. This is geared toward preschoolers. They have work books you down load of the Internet, so I did that and bought some 3-ring binders to put them in. I am going to put all of their work into this book over a 6 week period and then they will get to take it home. Also at the end of our 6 week creation series we will have a creation party!!!! Any ideas would be much appreciated:)
Well that's about it for this week, oh I had a doctors appointment and I would like prayer for a decision that needs to be made. God knows this decision but if you could pray with me, I would appreciate it.

Here's A Little Update
Well the kids did a great job singing Wednesday night. We had 4 of them and it was great. Rebekah sang so loud and really shouted her verse out. Her face was so red. I just loved it!!!
I ended up with a terrible headache Thursday so I did not do much. Jim bought me an iced coffee from DD and made everything better:)
Friday was Pastor Mike & Linda's wedding!! What a great day. The wedding was great and the picnic was alot of fun afterward. Unfortunately there was no volley ball net, guess nobody wanted to take me on? LoL
Jim's sister Nikki kept Nicolas overnight so we ended up taking the girls downtown to see fireworks!! It was so much fun!! We met some friends down there so we got to talk and hang out for about an hour before the fireworks. My favorite one was the smiley face:)
Today, Saturday, we are going to my family Reunion. I have alot of family in from out of town and I am excited to see everyone. Jim has to work so he can't make it but I am glad I can still take the children. Then it's off to the millers for a wild night of Disney's Scene It game!!! I am looking forward to all the fun things today. oh, I forgot, we actually got to go to breakfast yesterday at Bob Even's!! We never get to go out to breakfast because Jim works 6 days a week, so it really was a treat!!!
Well I am sure I am forgetting some details but we have had a great holiday weekend so far!!

Slow Start...
Nicolas woke up at 6:45am, a whopping 15 minlater than yesterday. I really need to teach this kid the value of sleeping in!!!
We went to my moms today and the kids had a fun time. They swing, play in the sand box and go down the slides!! Actually Nicolas gets to the top of the slide an dalways chickens out and climbs back down!! LoL
Mindy & I are having our class, 4& 5 year olds, get up and say their verse and sing 2 songs in front of the church tonight. I am excited, they did it last week but Rebekah wasn't there due to the flu:( SO I am looking forward to it, hopefully they all sing really loud!!
Last night was fun, Jim & I went to Sheetz and got frozen Mochas and the kids got Sprite and we drove around Akron. This might sound like a bad idea because of gas prices but the kids love rides and they are quiet so me and Jim can actually talk to each other!! Yay!!! Then my sister called when we got home and took me to Chipoltli. This is a great little Mexican restaurant. It took me WAY over my calories today but it was a nice treat.
Well, I have to go start getting dinner ready, tonight it is leftovers!! Wednesday's are usually easy because Jim just wants to eat and go!! And that's fine with me!!

Wonderful Tuesday!!!
First of all I just want to clarify something. Someone mentioned in my comments that I have a "Situation". Well I just wanted to make it clear that I am perfectly happy in my "situation". I love being bale to raise my kids. I will be honest and say that it is exhausting and frustrating but I wouldn't trade it for anything in this world. now having that said here's what happened today.
Nicolas woke up at 6:30am!!! I am so not ready to get out of bed till at least 7:30am. Anyway I did get to read and pray with only Nicolas around and that's usually better. I ate breakfast early and so on. So everything was "early" today. The kids all went down for their nap at 12:00 on the dot. The afternoon was spent playing outside, cleaning the kitchen and getting dinner ready to cook. We are having corn on the cob and cheeseburgers, mmmmmm!!
We don't have much planned for tonight. Jim needs to finish mowing the grass but that's all. The kids and I are going to my moms house tomorrow to play. It's always nice to have an extra set of hands around. Well that's about it for today, Oh WAIT A MINUTE, Nicolas got himself into a pickle today. He was upstairs playing oh so quietly when I heard, Mom Nicolas is covered in cream! Not just any cream but Pinxav, this really thick pink diaper rash cream!! It's thick and water proof. So I calmly picked him up, stripped him down and put him the bathtub. It was so bad that when I emptied out the bath tub there was a pink line around the tub!!! Anyway that was not fun to clean up. SO, that is all for now bye!!
On a side note, when you leave a comment on my blog, it is ok to put it anonymously but please leave your name at the end of your post so I know who I am talking to. Thank You and I do love the comments!!
